● It is used to deliver those media low viscosity, at a temperature not more than the specified highest temperature at the motor suction, free from particles and with a low melting point.

Working principle
Canned motor pump is a combination unit of centrifugal pump and 3-phase AC motor, with the hydraulic section connection directly with the motor drive shaft to constitute the rotor component jointly. The stator can is embedded on the inner side of the stator to isolate both the rotor chamber and stator chamber, that makes pumps no leakage completely.
Characteristic of canned motor pump
● Efficient with an European excellent hydraulic model.
● The stator can is in imported Hastelloy C276, a high magnetic permeability and a strong resistance to corrosion.
● The slide bearing is in crystal silicon carbide(SSIC)to have a high strength, a good resistance to wearing, corrosion and a service life 10 times more than graphite bearing.
● The canned motor is a 3-phase squirrel cage type induction motor,with a high efficiency, protection class IP55,explosive-proof class deⅡCT3~T5.
● The axial force is balanced automatically and hydraulically.
● In a simple and compact modular structure,it is easy for installation and maintenance.
● In comparison with those pumps with mechanical seals, the MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure)is longer,the wearing and maintenance rate lower and the total operating cost less.
